With an impressive background in the insurance and financial services industry, Ms. Oliphant boasts extensive experience in strategic leadership, most notably as vice president of two Canadian insurers and a property and casualty insurance and financial services brokerage, where she contributed to the transformation of business practices and development of distribution networks. She was instrumental in aligning teams and improving the overall customer offering.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is known for her engaging leadership, strategic vision and ability to build high-performing teams.
