A mutual insurance company operates based on the principles of cooperation and solidarity. Our contract owners, whom we refer to as mutualists, are equal members. As owners of their contracts, they have the right to participate in decision-making by voting at the Annual General Meeting. The goal of this business model is to protect the financial well-being of mutualists.
