Geneviève Bourgeois holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, with a focus on actuarial science, from the Université de Montréal and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. She has nearly 20 years of experience in managing employee benefits, group insurance plans, and pension plans, acquired in both Canada and the United States.

Throughout her career, Ms. Bourgeois has held strategic advisory roles with a large public company, where she contributed to major decisions regarding employee benefits and risk management. She has also worked for renowned consulting firms, assisting a diverse clientele in optimizing their insurance and retirement programs.

With her inspiring leadership and strong sense of collaboration, Geneviève Bourgeois has been with
UV Insurance for nearly seven years. She has held various key positions in group insurance operations.
