The contest begins on August 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 1, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. The sponsor of this draw is UV Insurance (the “Sponsor”).

The draw will take place on November 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the presence of a witness from among the Sponsor’s employees, at the Sponsor’s head office located at 1990 rue Jean-Berchmans-Michaud, Drummondville, Quebec, J2C 2Z8.

The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate family (siblings, parents, children), their legal or common-law spouse, and anyone with such employees are not eligible to enter. Partners and intermediaries of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter (including, but not limited to brokers, general agents, brokerage firms and any provider of administration and management services for group benefit and insurance plans).

The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in order to enter the contest and/or claim a prize. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal information and other details provided must be truthful and must not, under any circumstances, be false or misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose information proves to be untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading, or who violates any of the conditions of these rules.

During the period referred to in Section 1, simply submit a claim through the UV Insurance mobile app to be counted as an entrant. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed during the eligibility period, if applicable. Entering the contest is free, and no purchase is required.

A total of eight (8) prizes are available to be won:

• One (1) Garmin Instinct 3 watch ($505 value)
• One (1) $200 grocery gift card
• Six (6) $50 pharmacy gift cards

The total value of all prizes is one thousand five dollars ($1,005). Each prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. No substitutions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or any component thereof with a prize or prize component of equal or greater value for any reason whatsoever.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of entrants during the eligibility period.

At the time of the draw, the eight (8) winners will be selected at random from among all entries received during the eligibility period. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.

Each selected entrant will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours following the draw date, at the email address provided by the entrant, with further instructions on how to claim the prize.

The selected entrant must respond within , failing which the selected entrant will forfeit the right to claim the prize. If no prize claim is made within the prescribed time, another entrant will be chosen at random, and the originally selected winner will be excluded and will have no recourse against the Sponsor.

The Sponsor is not responsible for a selected entrant’s failure, for any reason whatsoever, to receive the notification. In the event a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the applicable prize to an alternate winner drawn at random from among the remaining eligible entries, as indicated above. Up to two (2) alternate draws will be conducted, after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded.

Before being declared a confirmed winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and complete, sign and return a declaration and release form (as well as any other document required by the Sponsor) by the date indicated on the form.

If an eligible winner fails to comply with these official rules, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, refuses the applicable prize or fails to return the declaration and release form, the eligible winner may be disqualified. Prizes will be awarded only after the eligible winner has been verified by the Sponsor as a confirmed winner.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest, including entrant eligibility, entry validity, winner selection and rule interpretation, are final, binding and subject to applicable laws. By entering the Contest, each entrant acknowledges that they have read and accepted these rules and agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions herein, as well as any decisions made by the Sponsor in accordance with said rules.

No correspondence will be exchanged or communications made with respect to the Contest, except with selected entrants and potential winners, or when deemed necessary by the Sponsor for the administration of the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, in the event of an occurrence or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including fraud, attempted fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, administrative error, computer or telecommunication issues, a pandemic, force majeure or any other situation likely to compromise the integrity, security, fairness, smooth running or administration of the Contest.

The Sponsor, as well as its affiliates, administrators, officers, employees, representatives, agents, service providers and partners, shall not be liable for any lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected or unreceived entry, or any error, omission, interruption, failure or technical issue affecting the computer systems, networks, electronic platforms, servers, software, equipment or communication means used in connection with the Contest.

To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor assumes no liability for any damages, losses, costs or harm of any kind that may directly or indirectly result from participating in the Contest, from any attempt to participate in the Contest, or from the acceptance, use, inability to use or misuse of a prize. The winner accepts the prize as awarded and acknowledges that any applicable warranty is the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer, supplier or service provider, as applicable.

By entering the Contest, each entrant releases the Sponsor, its affiliates, administrators, officers, employees, representatives and agents from all liability for any and all claims, suits, demands, losses, damages or expense resulting from their participation in the Contest or from their acceptance and use of a prize.

Any attempt to compromise the legitimate operation of the Contest, circumvent the terms herein, or gain an unfair advantage may result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant concerned, without prejudice to any other remedy that the Sponsor may exercise in accordance with the law.

As part of the contest, the Sponsor is required to collect personal information about entrants. Personal information provided by entrants for registration purposes will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest itself, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

These rules are available in both English and French. The English and French versions are each an official version of the rules and have the same legal force.
In the event of a discrepancy or ambiguity between the two (2) versions, they will be interpreted in a harmonious manner to preserve the purpose and intent of these rules.

If any provision of these rules is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The contest is subject to all applicable laws and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
